📦 Returns

• You may return most items within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
• Items not eligible for return include:
  • Personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Products marked as non-returnable in the description

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at info@wildsidepowersports.com with:
   • Your order number
   • The reason for return
2. We’ll respond with detailed return instructions.
3. Carefully repackage the item to prevent damage in transit.

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

• The item is damaged
• The item is defective
• The wrong item was shipped

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@wildsidepowersports.com.

🏷️ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
